Based on 6 guests:

Weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) & Public Holidays:  $275 per night (minimum 2 night stay)

Public Holidays require a minimum 3 night stay.

Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): $205 per night  (minimum 2 night stay)

Weekly (7 nights): $1200 per week 

*Cot and baby essentials are provided complimentary.

We hope you enjoy your stay at Twin Oaks Farm and Cottage.  We request that you treat the cottage and surrounds as if they were your own leaving them as you found them.

Check in is 2pm unless otherwise arranged and we will always do our best to offer an early check in when possible.  

Check out is 10.30am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged with us.  Again, we always offer a late check out when possible. 

Family members of all ages are welcome.  Your children are welcome to sue the play equipment on the farm at your own risk.

Please leave the cottage tidy with furniture in the same location as you found it.  Please ensure the dishes and cooking utensils are washed up and put away prior to your departure.  Additional cleaning of the cottage or its furniture will incur a fee of $40 per hour.  

deposit fee and cancellation policy

50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival date.  


Our cancellation policy is as follows:

No cancellation fee will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival. 

Between 14-30 days, a full refund will be given if the cottage is re-let for the entire period of your requested rental and a $50 cancellation fee is retained from your deposit. If it not re-let then 50% of the accommodation fee is retained.

Less than 14 days prior to your arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee is retained.  

Less than 48 hrs or no show - 100% of the accommodation fee is retained.
